The following are my positions on the Second Amendment: The Second Amendment guarantees to ALL citizens of the United States the unabridged right to own, purchase, sell, swap, use, carry, modify, and store any firearm, firearm accessory, or quantity or type of ammunition. ANY law, statute, or regulation that requires a citizen of the United States to register or otherwise report any of the above mentioned activities is in direct violation of the Second Amendment. The Second Amendment guarantees to ALL citizens of the United States the right to use their firearms in defense of themselves, in defense of their property, in defense of others, in defense of their nation, and in defense of their rights. The Second Amendment does not specify any classes or divisions of "arms." It is therefore unconstitutional to declare ANY type, variety, class, or division of firearms to be illegal, restricted, or exempt from Second Amendment protections. The Second Amendment was not created solely to protect our right to hunt as some attempt to argue. Of course that right is protected as well, but the primary reason for the creation of the Second Amendment was to protect our right to defend ourselves. Anyone who opposes our Second Amendment rights is the most dangerous type of individual there is. That individual is an enemy of freedom, truth, and justice. That individual is not to be trusted under any circumstances.
